Handmade Fabricated Tubs

EMRJ tubs are handmade in Clearwater, Florida.  The team behind EMRJ has been handcrafting sport and leisure consumer goods for over a decade.  They draw upon their material experties to build a strong, sturdy product that will withstand harsh elements and extensive usage.

Marine Grade Matting

All EMRJ tubs are equipped with marine-grade knurled matting, known for its non-slip characteristics. This matting mirrors the quality used by leading boat manufacturers for their decking. Composed of EVA closed cell material, it is non-absorbent, non-skid, and features a knurled texture. The matting is resistant to mildew and stains, and its closed-cell, non-absorbent nature makes it exceptionally easy to clean and maintain.

Multi-Surface Insulation

All EMRJ tubs are twinsulated, ensuring insulation for both inner and outer walls. This insulation boasts a rating exceeding R12. EMRJ prioritizes insulating both surfaces due to their distinct functions. The inner surface regulates the tub’s water temperature, maintaining it as close to the desired level for extended periods. Meanwhile, the exterior wall acts as a barrier against external temperatures, crucial for tubs utilized outdoors.
